Independent Living Application
St George’s Village has 119 independent living cottages, each with its own unique charm and layout.
Our cottages vary in size, one or two-bedroom units, and some with a study and all with open plan living and dining spaces.
We sell Life Rights based on the size of the units; prices range from R 1 441 364.00 to over R 4 200 000.00.
To be eligible to purchase a property you have to be on the waiting list.
To be eligible to join the Cottage Waiting List we require the following:
- People applying need to be aged from 55 to 75 years old (we do not accept cottage applications from people older than 75)
- Completed and signed Application Form (blank copy to be provided)
- Copy of ID(s)
- Copy of marriage certificate, if applicable
- Copy of Medical Aid card
- Non-refundable deposit of R 2 500.00 (Bank details on request).
